Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian who specializes in women’s health and sports nutrition. I am a passionate advocate for food freedom and empowering women to take charge of their health so they can feel their best. 

A bit about me

Hi, I’m Ruth! I’m a Registered Dietitian, women’s health advocate, and avid runner. 

I hold a BSc Honours Specialization in Nutrition as well as a Master’s in Nutrition from the University of Western Ontario. I also have BA in Kinesiology from the University of Ottawa. 

I’m passionate about learning and growing as a dietitian and have completed additional training in the following areas: 
  • Monash University Identification and Management of Disordered Eating in Gastrointestinal Disorders

Before becoming a dietitian, I competed in Track & Cross-Country and from that, my passion for nutrition was born. As a distance runner, I know firsthand the challenges and anxieties that come with trying to eat healthily without restriction and dieting. That’s why my work focuses on helping women develop healthy relationships with food and their bodies so they can thrive through every stage of life.
